Hymenoptera On-Line Database: Developed by Norm Johnson and Luciana Musetti at Ohio State University. A work in progress that provides detailed information on many groups of Hymenoptera, including non-chalcidoid parasitic wasps.

The Hymenoptera Tree of Life project is funded by the National Science Foundation with the goal of discovering the phylogeny of the entire order, involving the efforts of the several labs, including the Heraty Lab.

The USDA Sysetmatic Entomology Laboratory has provided a set of informative introductory pages on various Hymenotpera groups in their Welcome to Hymenoptera site.

Andy Deans has been very busy, having produced an exhaustive glossary and ontology of morphological terms used for describing Hymenoptera, in addition to his Catalogus Evaniidorum.

The HymAToL PCC Project is an ongoing part of the Hymenoptera Tree of Life, specifically concerning the superfamilies Proctotrupoidea, Cynipoidea, and Ceraphronoidea. This project is centered around the Ronquist Lab at Florida State University, and is the work of Matt Buffington, Andy Deans, and Debra Murray.

The International Society of Hymenopterists publishes the Journal of Hymenoptera research and is active in promoting research of Hymenoptera around the world.
